Entertainment
Give your guests the part of the program they'll quote on the flight home! Pick from an improv show, stand-up comedy entertainment, dinner theatre, a murder mystery dinner, music bingo, comedy trivia, roaming characters, DJs and live music, just to name a few. Laugh Out LIVE! is a Whistler-based entertainment & training company blending creativity, learning, and connection through the power of play. A driving force in the Sea-to-Sky performing arts scene, Laugh Out LIVE! uses improvisation and experiential learning to help people and organizations strengthen communication, build confidence and foster collaboration.
With professional training from institutions including The Second City and The Improv Centre, alongside academic backgrounds in communication and education, Laugh Out LIVE! brings together a talented roster of performers and facilitators with expertise in performance, teaching, coaching and business development. The team delivers engaging workshops, team building, event hosting and customized entertainment.

We offer four main types of corporate services: entertainment, team building, event hosting and professional development workshops. We also create fully custom experiences.
What kinds of corporate events do you support?
Conferences, retreats, company meetings, networking events, opening receptions, closing galas, holiday parties and just about any other corporate function.
Can you entertain at our holiday party?
Absolutely! From hosting and comedy shows to interactive game shows and roaming holiday characters, we can build a holiday program around your team, your venue and your schedule.
How is team building different from a corporate workshop?
Team building focuses on connection, collaboration and group dynamics. A corporate workshop focuses on learning and practising a specific skill, such as public speaking, presenting, leadership or communication under pressure.
Can you customize the experience for our company?
Yes! We can tailor the theme, tone, format, , lessons, characters and segments to your audience, goals and brand. We can also design a fully custom experience.
What group sizes can you accommodate?
Options range from one on one presentation coaching and small team sessions to large events with approximately 700 guests. The best format depends on your group size, venue and objectives.
How long are the experiences?
Formats range from focused 30 minute performances and ice breakers to 90 to 120 minute sessions and longer programs. We'll recommend a length that fits your agenda.
Do you offer full day programs?
Absolutely! We can bring the LOL experience to your entire event, from morning to night. Kick off the day with an energizing icebreaker, add interactive comedians to your afternoon bear tour, deliver a focused professional development workshop before dinner, and keep the energy going as MCs or entertainers at your evening gala. We can create a full day of varied programming or design an extended workshop tailored to your team's goals. Every experience is customized to your schedule, audience and objectives.
Do you travel outside Whistler?
Yes! We're based in Whistler and serve the Sea to Sky corridor, Lower Mainland, BC Coast and Islands within approximately 200 kilometres. Canada wide travel and virtual sessions are also available. Workshops are available virtually, and we can host virtual events.
Is audience participation required?
Participation in performance based entertainment is optional. Team building and workshop sessions are designed to be interactive, with facilitators using clear instructions and low pressure activities to help people take part comfortably.
Can the comedy be kept corporate friendly?
Yes. We can shape the entertainment for a clean corporate audience, a highly interactive room or a group that wants something with a little more edge.
How far in advance should we book?
Larger productions and customized activations are best booked two or more months in advance to allow time for creative development and coordination. Workshops, MC services and other offerings may be available with much shorter notice, depending on our team's availability. Have a last-minute request? Get in touch! We'll do our best to make it happen. Rush fees may apply to bookings requiring expedited planning or preparation.
What venue and technical requirements should planners expect?
Once we've chosen the right format for your event, we'll guide you through what's needed. We can collaborate with your existing production team, and also have our own equipment and trusted rental partners if needed.
